In the 59th minute of the Champions League final against Chelsea, Kevin de Bruyne was forced to leave the field.

After a collision with Antonio Rudiger in which the German's shoulder caught the Belgian in the face, he suffered a nasty-looking eye injury. De Bruyne had a black eye and had to be replaced right away.
The Belgian has now been released from the hospital, and it has been confirmed that he has a fracture in both his nose and his left eye socket. "Hello, I've just returned from the hospital. Acute nose bone fracture and left orbital fracture are my diagnoses. I'm fine now. We're still bummed about yesterday, but we'll be back "De Bruyne made the announcement on Twitter.
Wishing you a speedy recovery. 💙
